Portarlington Community Development Association (P.C.D.A.) Ltd

The Portarlington Community Development Association was established in 1997 as a result of a public meeting with the community. The aim of the group is to be the voice of the entire community, to develop the entrepreneurial, social and cultural content of the town and to plan for future development. The group celebrated its 10th year anniversary in 2007 to highlight its achievements by way of services rendered to the community. To date the PCDA has drawn down over €7 million through different community projects.

A list of some of the projects brought to fruition since the groups’ formation is as follows:
